Strategic Planning As the new leader of a nonprofit organization or as a director of an agency experiencing changes or transitions, GCA can help you guide your agency’s future through a strategic planning process.  We explain the process and benefits of an uncomplicated but sensible strategic plan, and guide the board and staff through the planning and implementation phase.
